Stable rubber asphalt materials have excellent road performance,excellent storage stability,can apply to continuous dense gradation mixture type,and more and more construction engineering used it by the good construction workability and low prices.But the productive process of stable rubber asphalt is very strict,such as high temperature,it limits the promotion of stable type rubber asphalt materials.Our team used rubber tire powder,rubber softener,desulfurizer,nano thermal conductive material and so on as raw materials,according to a certain proportion,maked a new rubber modifier by blending with a twin screw extruder at 270 centigrade.Different from the traditional method of production,using the new rubber modifier to produce stable rubber material is essentially,it directly participates in the production of the mixture,and saves the process of preparation,storage and transportation of modified asphalt;it can be produced at160 centigrade(the traditional mode of production is 200 centigrade).It can effectively reduce the production temperature of the traditional stable rubber modified asphalt mixture,and has remarkable energy saving and emission reduction effect.As a completely new production mode and modification method,it is necessary to carry out experimental research on this new material to meet the needs of engineering construction.In this paper,a large number of indoor tests were carried out on the basis of stable rubber modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt.Firstly,the macro and micro properties of the new rubber modifier in asphalt were analyzed by asphalt performance test,Superpave cementation evaluation system,ftir and fluorescence microscope.Then,by choosing the factors that may affect the performance of the new rubber modifier,through the design of orthogonal test and analysis of variance,obtained the optimum production conditions of the new rubber modifiedasphalt mixture by using the rutting test,the bending test and the freeze-thaw splitting test.At last,the dynamic modulus test was carried out by SPT simple test machine.Fitted the main curve of dynamic modulus,and analyzed the mechanical properties of the new rubber modified asphalt.The test data show that the performance indexes of the new rubber modified asphalt mixture are slightly lower than the properties of the stable rubber modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt mixture,but all are larger than the requirements of the standard and meet the needs of the construction engineering.However,the new rubber modified asphalt does not need early preparation,and the low production temperature and simple production method of asphalt mixture can not be compared by the other two kinds of modified bitumen.
