Elevator Operation Monitoring And Remote Calling System Research

To solve the problem of fixed location and inflexible reservation for Elevator reservation system,this paper is developes a elevator operation monitoring and remote calling system via Android and embedded technology.Based on multiple information from app,such as the number of waiting stairs and the operation condition of the elevator,users can call elevator.Firstly,the development status of the operation monitoring and reservation for the elevator in the domestic and overseas are given.The system is designed and developed by combining embedded technology and smart phone.The hardware circuit of elevator reservation and reserving system includes the embedded controller and the communication controller,S3C2440 is used as the core controller for embedded controller,STC89C52 RC serves is used as the core controller for communication controller.The module button adopts the photocoupler coupling circuit.Secondly,an Android development platform is designed for the elevator assistant app based on the analysis of the function requirements.The interface programming,such as the functional modules with XML layout files and Activity files,is also programmed in this paper.Then,The data server is configured according to the data submitted and returned according to each function module of elevator assistant app.The protocol of HTTP is used for realizing data interaction with Web server.The JDBC technology is adopted to communicate with MySQL database.The Web servers are designed by a servlet,JSP,util package,DAO package et al,which is deployed on a tomcat server.Finally,Mentioned software is tested from the virtual machine,the Tomcat server and MySQL.The result shows that the system can be easily and quickly operated to get the information of elevator and realize the functions of remote Elevator reservation.
