Application And Studying Of Elevator Remote Monitoring System

In view of the acceleration of modern urban development and the expansion of its scale,the urban population has been increasing rapidly,which leads to the increasing tension of available land resources.The construction of the high-rise building realizes the development of the city to the three-dimensional space,which can effectively solve the problem of the urban land space area lack.The elevator plays the role of the vehicle in the high-rise building,and it is an indispensable part of the modern high building.At the same time,the safe operation of the elevator has attracted more and more attention,and has become an important problem in the modern society.In the background of the rapid development and maturity of digital and information technology,mobile communication and Internet technology are widely used in various fields.The elevator remote monitoring has come into being,and it has become a hot research topic in the elevator industry.This paper introduces the scheme of elevator remote monitoring based on GPRS communication technology,which is mainly composed of three parts: elevator operation information data acquisition system,server data processing system and remote monitoring center scheme.The elevator monitoring system can collect the location,including elevator car floor,each floor floor door,state security contact electrical state and fault information of elevator status information,and to summarize and analyze the causes of the failure is obtained according to the state information.The GPRS DTU network communication module will transmit the information data of the elevator running status to the database server.The server will process,analyze,manage,and manage the collected data.At the same time,the server data center provides a functional interface for real-time monitoring and control for the customer's PC terminal or mobile terminal.The elevator remote monitoring center can control the running state of the elevator any time and save the historical information of the important events.When the elevator is abnormal,the staffs can get the elevator operation information and the specific geographical location accurately,and arrive at the scene to carry outmaintenance or rescue in time.At the same time,elevator companies can also use the data of remote monitoring,collection and analysis of elevators to fully grasp the operation and performance of elevators,so as to develop more functional and more stable elevator systems.
