Youth Apartment Ecological Design

Within the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,urban construction promote social progress and also cause destruction of the ecological environment.especially in the construction industry for energy consumption.Therefore,the ecological architecture has gradually become the focus of current architectural research,and as an important part of its interior design,ecological problems have began to be taken seriously in the field of domestic architectural design.People are beginning to pursue a more comfortable,safe and efficient indoor environment,and the ecological concept gradually have developed in the interior design field.Taking the youth apartment as an example,this paper focuses on the functional design of the current youth apartment design,and ignores the current situation of the application of ecological design in interior space.Based on the ecological design concept,the application and development of ecological design concept in indoor environment are explored.The paper took Shanghai M50 youth apartment as an example,shows the study and research about hotel-apartment interior ecological design.The first part of the paper talked about the range of the topic by given summary and analysis of ecological design in architecture field.It also discussed in multiple approaches about the necessity of application ecological design in interior field.The second part issued interior ecological design in a much more detail scale.This part would make it more clear and classified on the ecological design concept,ethical and moral standard,ecological aesthetic and other aspects that would have positive effect on ecological design methodology.Hence,it would give advanced define meanings and main characters for the goal and principles of interior ecological design.The third part explored the living requirements and needs by investigating youth group and discovering their characteristics,which involved deep analysis about two specific modules that brings optimized references for imitating in next step.The fourth part made summaries ongeneral directions leaded by the Chinese government and the ecological design applications for youth apartments.The fifth part took Shanghai M50 youth apartment ecological design as a reference,used the methods mentioned above to design and analyze it,which also exanimated the past theories as a return.The sixth part concentrated on making outlooks and conclusions of the whole paper.Ecological interior design,a neo design method which was advocated in the 21 century,develops accompany with the improvement of ecological technics.It presented the neo design concept and value----considering interior design incorporates the completed system combine with people and nature.This kind of deign reversed the idea that designers only focus on the decoration and appearance aesthetics about interior design,to the idea of leading it into the more advanced and popular design concept nowadays: sustainable and renewable.It dealt with how to satisfy the client maximally,by not only meet the foundational needs of general hotel-living,but also meet the further requirements of social life and local cultural experience.As a conclusion,the youth apartment would combine with the function of ecological civilization that proposed by the overall context thus fulfilled sustainable development.
