Application Of Spatial Form Compound In Urban Youth Apartment Design ——A Case Study Of Wuhan Pomelmi International Apartment

With the rapid growth of China’s economy and the rapid advancement of urbanization,more and more young people flock to the first and second-tier cities.However,the young people have to face the high rent caused by the high housing price,resulting in the young people have to live in simple rooms.In recent years,with the transformation of the housing rental market,Butler type youth apartment appears in the more developed first and second-tier cities in China for the use of youth groups,but in terms of its current situation,it is not very ideal.Some youth apartment has monotonous form,low utilization rate,similar function and lack of systematic design as a whole Therefore,in order to improve the living environment of the youth apartment and improve the quality of life of the youth group,this paper,based on the appeal issues,takes compound design as the entry point to study and reverse the spatial form and function of the youth apartment.At the beginning of the research,the paper interprets the concept of spatial form compound design of urban youth apartment by literature research method,as well as the research direction of compound design at home and abroad in recent years At the same time,through the data collection insight into the development history and current situation of the development of youth apartment,and according to the city’s economic dimension categorizing youth apartment,through a lot of investigations of youth apartment of public space and living space has carried on the systematic analysis,and sums up the youth apartment,the existing problems and the revelation of youth apartment had certain fundamental cognitive.Secondly,based on the above research and analysis as well as theoretical research,the theory of compound design is introduced into the youth apartment,and the elements of the spatial form of the youth apartment are discussed from the perspective of spatial relationship and spatial form The principle and strategy of spatial form compound design as well as the combination strategy of public space and residential space form the leading of spatial form compound design to realize the connection between various spatial forms within a limited area and create a multi-level complex spatial form.Finally,the theory is actually actually,and Wuhan Teak Mei International Apartment will be used as an example to renovate the design,the principles and strategies of composite design and the combination of public space and the combined strategy of public space and the living space are used to realize space form,function.Efficient composite,improve the living environment of youth group,and improve the quality of life of youth population.It is hoped that the study of this spatial formation in the preliminary exploration of urban youth apartment,has a positive role in the future studies of youth apartments,while making a beneficial trial with expectations for young groups in future rental living environment.
