The topic of the thesis is "Organization conditionings on job satisfaction of "Air Astana" employees in Kazakhstan".The aim is to investigate the relationship between supervisor support, organizational support and person-organization fit with job satisfaction.During the research the data was collected to identify and determine the relationship of job satisfaction with the above-mentioned three factors. For this we have created and conducted a survey among the employees with the help of questionnaire method and with the implementation of the theoretical part of this thesis. We reviewed the job satisfaction levels at this company using rating criteria and discussed the variation in the satisfaction scores between four different age groups. We would like to emphasize that the results of the survey and the interpretation of these results are limited to this particular company due to the company-specific nature of the survey itself. The outcomes of this study support the implementation of the proposed model of job satisfaction to examine the correlations between perceived organizational support, supervisor support,person-organization fit and job satisfaction. The findings provide support for the theoretical links between perceived organizational support, supervisor support,person-organization fit and job satisfaction and suggest that workers who perceive organizational and supervisor support experience increased work commitment and therefore, greater job satisfaction.Findings can be applied in the companies to support policy changes that give rise to the recruitment and retention of workers through creation of positive working conditions.
