In fact,China is moving towards a powerful civil aviation country.The pilot is responsible for ensuring flight safety and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of his or her clients on the journey.The changes in the external environment,the heavy and complex flight tasks,and the reasonableness of organizational support all easily affect the pilots mental health,and if they are not relieved and valued for a long time,they will gradually become mentally and physiologically exhausted.Slack in the work,serious even affect flight safety.Objective:To study the relationship between pilots' mental health and job satisfaction and POS.Method:220 pilots from Air D Yunnan Company were randomly selected as subjects in the study.The mental health status of the subjects was assessed by Chinese Mental Health scale,Job satisfaction scale for pilots and or POS scale(OSSQ),and the mental health status of the pilot was evaluated by using Chinese Mental Health scale,Job satisfaction scale and POS scale.The status of job satisfaction and the level of organizational support were analyzed by statistical analysis of 201 valid data.Results:First,pilots overall mental health,depression,poor psychological tolerance,emotional disorders three relatively high scores.Specifically,there were no significant differences in age distribution,marital status and position among the factors of pilots mental health level.The mental health scores of pilots with different flight hours were significantly different in interpersonal sensitivity,mental imbalance and somatization,which were shown in the 2001-3000 hour range.Secondly,the overall satisfaction of pilots is in the middle level,and the job performance satisfaction is the highest,but the satisfaction is lower in the materialized environment and job arrangement.There was no significant difference in age and total flight hours between pilots and pilots in different marital status and distribution of different positions,and there were significant differences in career performance factors of job satisfaction among pilots in different marital status and distribution of different positions.Thirdly,pilots had a good overall sense of POS,but had a relatively low score on the factor of interest relationship.There was no significant difference in the age,marriage and position distribution of pilots,but there was a significant difference in the total flight hours between the organizational support and the relationship between POS and interests in the total flying hours,and there was a significant difference in the total flight hours between organizational support and interests.Fourthly,there was a negative correlation between pilots mental health and job satisfaction and POS,and a significant positive correlation was found between job satisfaction and organizational support.Fifthly,regression analysis found that the relationship between POS and job satisfaction was positive,and there was reverse relationship between organizational support and mental health.Therefore,the sense of POS can alleviate mental health and enhance job satisfaction.Specific performance as follows:1.Mental health is an important cause of job satisfaction.Psychological imbalance,depression has the greatest impact on economic value,poor adaptability,depression is an important factor of physical and chemical environment,depression has the most obvious impact on work arrangement.2.The job satisfaction of pilots is an important factor of POS.POS has the greatest impact on economic value and career performance,and value identity affects materialized environment.3.Mental health can significantly reduce the sense of tissue support.Among them,psychological tolerance,depression factors have the greatest impact on organizational support,followed by interpersonal sensitivity.Conclusion:Pilot mental health is correlated with job satisfaction and sense of POS,and the sense of POS plays an intermediary role in the relationship between pilots mental health and job satisfaction.
