Study On Landscape Planning Of Theme Leisure Agriculture Park

China’s current economy is developing rapidly,since the party’s 18 th National Congress,China has entered the "deepwater area" where economic and social transformation,upgrading and speeding up,but the contradictions of urban-rural dual structure have not changed,resulting in serious resource barriers.The 19 th Party Congress to implement Strategy of Rural Revitalization,we can see the state’s growing emphasis on the three rural issues: agriculture,rural areas and farmers,the development of a new type of rural industry not only needs the support of funds and policies,but also needs to establish a development paradigm that suits the regional characteristics of China.To promote the transformation and upgrading of agriculture,the support for funds and policies has been increased and the development of leisure agricultural parks has encountered unprecedented opportunities.The in-depth excavation of the theme to create leisure agricultural parks with thematic features is conducive to improving the quality and attractiveness of leisure agricultural parks,which is a new direction for its development.Based on the status quo of relevant fields in leisure agricultural parks at home and abroad,based on analysis of themes,images,and characteristics,this thesis has summarized and combed related to recreational agricultural parks and theme leisure agricultural parks,and to classify the existing theme leisure agricultural parks according to the different types of topics,and take half a year to conduct on-the-spot investigations and investigations on typical topical leisure agricultural parks in China,covering places like Miaoli,Xinshe,Nantou,Yilan,Yuen Long District of Hong Kong,Shanghai and others.This these has selected cases of four thematic types and eight typical theme leisure agricultural parks in China for a systematic summary,focusing on the analysis and summarization of aspects such as thematic construction,planning layout and landscape features of leisure agricultural parks.Further with such inspiration,the universal rules for the landscape design of theme leisure agricultural parks have been generalized,including site selection of the project,overall planning principles,functional zoning,thematic construction methods,and designing methods for landscape elements such as topography,garden path,accessorial building,water body and plant.Guided by the landscape planning theory proposed in the previous sections,the general principles of the theme leisure agricultural park are applied to the case practice of Suzhou Teddy Farm so as to create the leisure agricultural park with IP image theme,to explore the themelandscape planning method of leisure agricultural parks from design topractice and to test the theoretical operability and provide reference for the landscape planning of theme leisure agricultural parks in the future.
