Study On The Land-use Optimization In Marginal Area Of Suzhou Da Yang Shan National Forest Park

The marginal area of suburb Forest Park,as the transition zone of Forest Park and the city,not only provides ecological barrier and supporting services,but also has some functions of urban park.With the rapid expansion of urban construction,the contradiction between the city and natural landscape becomes more and more prominent and the role of the marginal area of suburb Forest Park is more and more obvious.Based on the analysis of the edge region characteristics of the suburb Forest Park and the relationship between the city and natural landscape,this paper analyses the land use problems and puts forward the strategy of land use optimization in suburb Forest Park.Firstly,it analyzed the concept of the marginal area of suburb Forest Park and combed out the related research progress,setting up a theoretical foundation for this study.Based on the general analysis of the Da Yang Shan National Forest Park,the scope of the marginal area of the Da Yang Shan National Forest Park is defined by combining the quantitative and qualitative methods and the evolution and status of cityscape relationship is analyzed systematically.It is found that the border area and Forest Park are interdependent and inseparable.Secondly,the existing problems of land use are analyzed,which are mainly as follows: the complex land type,the fragmented land function,the extensive land management and the construction land invasion.What's more,the reasons for the land use problem are analyzed,and the comprehensive effect of urban expansion,market failure and supervision failure leads to the land use problem in the marginal area of Da Yang Shan National Forest Park.Moreover,aiming at the coordination of urban landscapes and the intensive use of land,the optimization strategy of land use in the marginal area of Da Yang Shan National Forest Park is put forward.First,the function orientation should be improved,taking coordination as the foothold.Second,the land use structure should be optimized to build a new circle of urban landscape coordination.Third,the land use model should be constructed —— "Three area spatial structure model" to reconstruct the spatial form of land.Fourth,the types and quantity of land use should be optimized and the land resources should be allocated rationally.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the land use optimization strategy in the marginal area of Da Yang Shan National Forest Park,this paper puts forward the suggestions for the construction of the "four step" management platform and the multi stakeholder development model.
