| “Production City Fusion” is an important issue in China’s development zones which faced in the process of transforming and upgrading in the new-type urbanization process.At present,there are some contradictions during the production city development process in some development zones.On the one hand,internal industry is short of effective support,and it cannot drive the economic boom of the whole zone.On the other hand,it is difficult to meet the life demand of residential and industrial population,due to the lack of internal public service facilities and urban functions in the development zone.Under the background of the production city fusion in the development zone,updating the internal industrial land of low is an important way to improve the industrial and urban function in the development zone.The updating can improve the efficiency of industrial land to optimize the development of the industry and perfect the urban function to promote effective integration of industry and urban function.Therefore,under the background of the production city fusion,this paper carries out relevant research on the industrial land renewal mode of the development zone,in order to form a good support for the development of the production city fusion.At first,based on the previous theoretical research,this paper summarizes the development process and the rule of the production city development,judges the type of production city fusion in development zone combining with the differences of the different stages of the development of production city fusion development goals and classify it as three types,including “industry leading”,“balanced development of industry and city”,“urban function leading”.This paper explains the relationship between the production city fusion and updating of the industrial land in the development zone,and discusses the problems existing in the process of the production city fusion in the development zone and the current situation and existing problems of the industrial land development in different types of zones.Secondly,three different updating modes of industrial land are proposed.“industrial land updating mode of industry leading production city fusion development zone”,“industrial land updating mode of balanced development of industry and city production city fusion development zone”,“industrial land updating model of urban function leading production city fusion development zone”.The author uses some updating methods such as retaining or suppressing the 2nd industry,meanwhile optimizing the 2nd or the 2.5th industry on the condition of invariant land use,along with suppressing the 2nd industry and developing the 3rd industry on the condition of variant land use to strengthen the optimization and perfection of the inner industrial function and urban function in the development zone.At last,the paper brings the industrial land updating mode to empirically study the Changzhou Science and Technology Industrial Park,West Taihu(Wujin Economic Development Zone,Jiangsu). |
