This dynamic magnet linear oscillating motor is a kind of motor which can directly produce high frequency reciprocating motion.It can replace the way of rotating motor and middle transmission,and directly actuate the direction of straight line.It has simple structure,low loss,high precision,high repetition precision,large stroke,simple maintenance and quick response speed,etc.Advantage。But there are many disadvantages,such as large noise,small output thrust and so on.The purpose of this research is to amplify the thrust of motor based on resonance theory,and study its application in the drive of electronic dynamic universal test.First,starting with the structure and principle of the linear oscillating motor,the electromagnetic circuit model and dynamic model of the linear oscillating motor are established by using the theory of motor,the theory of vibration analysis and the modern control theory.The electromagnetic expression of the motor is obtained,that is,the linear relationship between the output thrust and the current of the linear oscillating motor is linear.The equivalent two order elastic system’s response characteristics and transfer function are calculated.Secondly,the design of the control system of the dynamic magnet linear oscillating motor is carried out,the hardware circuit of each module is studied and determined,the electrical schematic of the control system is designed.Then the ANSYS modal analysis is carried out on the designed control structure,the resonance characteristics of the control system are analyzed,and the static credit of the key components is carried out on the key components.Analysis shows that all parts meet the requirements of strength and rigidity.Then,the control system was made in the laboratory,and the test of motor characteristic was carried out.The relationship between the output displacement and the change of the power with the frequency was obtained when the load was no-load and light load.Speed closed loop experiment is also introduced.The built-in PID controller of the inverter is introduced,and the controller parameters are set up by using Matlab simulation results.In resonance test,the output thrust of magnification is magnified by 6 times based on resonance theory.And built a C#based control interface to achieve data acquisition and host computer control.Finally,the application of the linear oscillating motor based on the electronic static universal testing machine is carried out.The structure of the electronic dynamic static universal testing machine is designed,the overall structure design,the motor type selection,and the elimination of the torsional vibration of the system are carried out.The theoretical calculation and analysis of the key components and the ANSYS statics analysis,and the modal analysis of the relative degree of freedom are carried out,and the dynamic simulation of the whole structure is carried out.
