In recent years,with the development of the technologies of renewable energy and electric vehicle,renewable energy's installed capacity and electric vehicle's production are also increasing.Intermittent characteristics of renewable energy and uncertainty characteristics of electric vehicles had brought huge challenge for power system's reliability and economy.Under this background,the research of renewable energy 's reliability and output status and the evaluation of system's reliability under coordination scheduling between renewable energy and electric vehicles have important theoretical significance and practical significance.At first,this paper proposes a probabilistic production simulation method based on Sequence Operation Theory(SOT)to simulate the operation of a wind/photovoltaic/energy storage power system.Both the uncertainty of renewable resources and the outage of wind turbines are considered in this paper.Considering the complementary property of the renewable energy,pattern clustering is used to analyze the meteorological conditions and to assist in the probabilistic production simulation.Moreover,the output model of the energy storage device is developed using the Monte Carlo method and controlled using a smoothing strategy of the energy storage device.Ultimately,the simulation example shows the feasibility and the higher efficiency of the algorithm comparing with Monte Carlo method.Second,after considering the charging cost,discharge times of energy storage system and other objective conditions,and setting output constraints,SOC constraints,and other constraints,PV-assisted charging station's optimal operation model is proposed,and particle swarm algorithm based on penalty function are used to solve.Research results show that the charging station optimization scheduling strategy can effectively control the cost and reduce the off-peak difference.Finally,on the basis of PV-assisted charging station's optimal operation model,reliability assessment of distribution network containing vehicle-photovoltaic charging station is realized using Monte Carlo,and fault response of electric vehicle charging station,optimization strategies and the situation of charging station as a power source to supply power to the island of fault area are also considered.The influence of PV-assisted charging station on distribution network's reliability is also analyzed.
