Based on excellent transmission performance,hypoid gears has been widely used.This dissertation uses a pair of hypoid gear which is used in power take-off as a research object.Before the assembly process,geometrical deviation detection is needed.After that,if geometrical deviation was in the allowable range,the position compensation value of the hypoid gear contact zone will be calculated.Finally,using circumference-backlash to verify whether geometrical deviation detection and position compensation value is right.Firstly,the kinematics simulation of the hypoid gear pair is carried out.Gear group is modeled in SolidWorks,and five different geometrical deviations are modeled according to the actual working condition,and the model is imported into Adams for kinematics simulation.Then analyzed the simulation results to find a method that can variety of single deviations from pinion runout carve.Secondly,combined with the principle of hypoid gear pair and gear double-flank meshing detection principle,a gear meshing test platform was set up to obtain the pinion runout under actual conditions.According to the hypoid gears' meshing conditions,several test parameters which affects the test results were studied.After obtaining the optimized test parameters,five different geometric deviations with gear pairs were tested to verify the accuracy of simulation results.At the same time,calculate the position compensation value of contact zone in the power take-off hypoid gear assembly process.Finally,based on the circumference backlash detection principle,the circumference-backlash test platform is designed.As we all know the speed will affect the starting torque.Through the test method,the critical speed that affects the relative sliding between transmission chains is obtained.Appropriate test parameters were used to measure the circumference-backlash,and the factors affecting the backlash and the causes were analyzed.The geometric error detection and the accuracy of the contact zone compensation were verified.
