Aiming at the problems of data collection delaying,overmuch paper files,problems solving sluggish,shirking responsibilities,fuzzy ambiguous qualification standards in engine production workshop,this paper put forward the MES in engine production workshop based on task driven.According to the production characteristics of engine digital workshop and the existing problems,the system structure,function structure and operation mode of manufacturing execution system in engine production workshop based on task driven are established.The data is classified according to the productive characteristics and problems in engine production workshop,and the information model for task consisted of job information,quality inspection information,personnel information,equipment information,material information,abnormal information flows is established.On the basis of the whole process of information model,workshop task is divided into Three-coordinate test task,pulling material coordinate inspection task,repair / scrap task,quality inspection task,orderdelaying task,equipment failure task,equipment inspection task,equipment maintenance task,quality abnormality task.This paper establishes a task flow control process based on time resource planning and design different processes for different task.Finally,based on the above results,MES in engine production workshop based on task driven in JAC is developed and implemented which achieved good application effect.
