The workshop digital manufacturing management and control system plays an important role in improving the level of workshop network management and enhancing the competitiveness of shipyard.In view of the fact that the processing workshop and information management system of A Shipyard are almost disconnected,personnel of production management arrange processing tasks based on experience and operators cannot report on-site processing status in a timely manner,this paper develops a control system for sheet cutting workshop,which implements basic data management of cutting workshop,network communication management,data collection and monitoring,NC program management,workshop operation plan management,and workshop data analysis and report management functions.The main research contents and progress of this system are as follows:(1)The overall plan design of the digital manufacturing management and control system for the ship plate cutting workshop.Firstly,the production process of the sheet cutting workshop is analyzed to clarify the system requirements and the system function modules are divided according to the requirements.Then,the overall architecture of the system is designed according to the current status of the workshop and the scheme design of the management and control system is realized.(2)Research on multi-source heterogeneous data collection technology of ship plate cutting workshop.Firstly,the MTConnect system architecture and common methods of workshop equipment data acquisition are analyzed.Then,the equipment information models are established for the steel plate pretreatment line,the CNC printing and marking machine,the plasma cutting machine and client in the application layer.Based on Modbus,FOCAS and other technologies,the Adapters corresponding to each device are designed.At the same time,the development of Agent and Client is completed.(3)Research on data management and communication technology of server in the ship plate cutting workshop.Firstly,the main data table of the management and control system is designed according to the three types of elements: workpiece,user and device.Then,the Socket communication mechanism between the Adapter and the Agent is used to implement the multi-thread communication and the heartbeat packet program for handling network exceptions.According to the TaskInterface component,a real-time dispatching mechanism for the cutting workshop was designed.At the same time,FTP server and client mainly for transferring NC files were developed.(4)Research on operation plan management technology of ship plate cutting workshop.For the monthly processing plan issued by the ERP system,the system firstly uses the analytic hierarchy process to prioritize the work orders,uses the BP neural network to estimate the processing time of the work orders and determines the processing plan according to the priority within the processing capacity of the cutting workshop.Based on the daily processing plan of workshop,the production scheduling module of the system uses a genetic whale hybrid algorithm to determine the processing route of each steel plate to shorten the completion time of the cutting workshop.(5)Development and verification of the control system of the ship plate cutting workshop.Firstly,the application background of the cutting workshop management and control system and the requirements of managers for the transparency of workshop processing information are analyzed.Then,the application situation of the basic data management module,the data acquisition and monitoring module,the operation plan management module,the CNC program management module and the data analysis and report management module is briefly presented below.The system developed in this paper solves the problems of low processing efficiency and chaotic on-site production management in the ship plate cutting workshop of A Shipyard.The research results have reference significance for the digital construction of other workshops.
