With the continuous development of bus industry,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,as the bus customer profitability tool vehicle outage directly affect the customer benefits,guarantee the level of vehicle customer service has become an important way for automobile manufacturing enterprises obtain customer reputation,are important factors to consider when customers buy bus.The after-sale service ability of bus is mainly embodied in the ability to solve the abnormal problem of bus in the shortest time.When the customer service department deals with customer problems,the after-sales service department of the bus manufacturers can provide the fastest parts guarantee,and the shortest time to solve customer problems is the most desirable service for customers.The supply cycle of parts directly affects the maintenance time of vehicles.It is the main goal of mainstream customers to provide fast and accurate accessories with high cost performance and reduce the cost of operation and maintenance for customers.Therefore,how to shorten the supply cycle in the after-sale service of bus plays an important role in improving the after-sales service capabilities and improving the satisfaction degree of bus companies.In the bus customer service parts supply process,often encountered in the normal operation of the bus malfunction emergency need to replace the new parts as soon as possible,but due to other factors,such as the need to stop for a long time parts development and production of new materials,accessories upgrade but can't completely replace the old materials,accessories and other problems caused by lack of raw material supply,spare parts procurement difficulties a longer period,the need for targeted analysis,combined with the actual analysis,shorten the parts supply cycle,improve customer satisfaction.Taking a bus manufacturing enterprise as the research object,and takes the place that can be improved in the spare parts supply department of the bus and coach department as the breakthrough point,and analyzes the current situation of the aftermarket parts supply of the domestic bus.The influence factors of bus customer service parts supply cycle are combed through customer service on the market demand,customer service network(headquarters,central station,distributors)accessories supplier delivery plan,reserve management,market allocation,customer service to meet the shortage of related service network construction,supply of spare parts in the logistics carrier and management the technical data generalization,supplier resource utilization,the application of information technology and other aspects of analysis,process connection to customer service parts supply is reviewed,the relevant and important job responsibilities,management strategies and treatment principles are clear.Through the effective management of the various factors in the supply of parts,the effective development of the work of each link is promoted and the supply cycle of the aftermarket parts of the bus is shortened.
