Under the new electricity reform,the profit model of the power grid has also changed due to the reform of transmission and distribution prices and the liberalization of the power selling side,which puts forward new requirements for the transformation of service concept and operation mode of power grid enterprises.The electricity selling market will present the situation of multi-sellers coexisting because the liberalization of the power selling side,and high-quality value-added service will become an important competitive focus.Therefore,it is urgent to study the development mode,process and management mode of value-added services for power grid sales.At the same time,according to the actual situation of China's power grid development,it is significant to research the evaluation index system,model to evaluate the development of value-added services.The main contents of this paper are establishing the management mode of value-added service business,studying the evaluation method and model of value-added service benefit and putting forward an improved ANP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with interval number which is based on the requirement of power system reform and the current situation of value-added service of power grid sale business.Firstly,this paper describes the research trends of value-added services and benefit evaluation at home and abroad,defines the concept of value-added services based on the characteristics of power grid sales,and classifies them from the perspective of demand side.Secondly,this paper carries out Evolutionary Game Analysis on the competition situation among the main business entities of value-added services for power grid sales based on the background of the new electricity reform,and seeks the main driving force of benefits.Then it proposes business processes that integrate competitive factors and constructs an inverted pyramid business management model.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of value-added services is constructed including market,economy,society,environment and business level,and the ANP model is used to empower the indicators to solve the potential impact relationship between indicators.Finally,an improved trapezoidal membership fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on interval numbers is constructed to remedy the shortcomings of the traditional model,and applied research is carried out with examples,and improved schemes and development suggestions are put forward.This paper constructs an inverted pyramid business management model of value-added services for power grid sales based on the background of new electricity reform,which not only responds to the needs of users,but also considers the overall benefits of value-added services for power grid sales.At the same time,the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of value-added service benefits is constructed,which provides a scientific calculation method for the evaluation of value-added service benefits of power grid enterprises.The paper provides a prospective study for the sustainable development of future value-added service of power grid sales.
