As the foundation of national economy,power quality directly affects people's production and life,and the improvement and improvement of power quality depend on AC flexible transmission devices to a great extent in modern power industry.Reactive power compensator is one of the most important devices.In the transmission process of power network,reactive power will lead to the decrease of voltage and the increase of circuit loss,and the decrease of power utilization ratio,which will have a great impact on the quality of power supply.At the same time,it will threaten the operation and stability of the power system.In the power industry,especially in the power system,the rapid,real-time and accurate reactive power compensation ability can improve the transmission level of the power system and enhance the controllability of the transmission network.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the research and discussion of the technical means and methods of reactive power compensation.Static Var dynamic compensator(SVC)is one of the main AC flexible transmission devices because of its high control precision,strong ability to suppress voltage variation,fast dynamic response,smooth reactive power regulation and so on.The general control system of SVC is mainly composed of measurement system,voltage regulator,trigger pulse generator,synchronous system,auxiliary control and protection system.It provides the necessary input signal for the control of SVC,so the measuring accuracy of the measurement system directly affects the control effect of reactive power compensation,and is the key link of SVC to implement reactive power compensation.In this paper,the compensation principle and technology of TSC-TCR type SVC are introduced briefly,then the hardware composition of the measurement system,signal detection method and software design based on Labview are introduced in detail.This paper mainly introduces the improved FAFT harmonic detection algorithm based on FFT,and simulates the detection effect before and after the improvement in Matlab.Finally,the SVC measurement system based on Labview and the design of each module are introduced in detail.The performance and accuracy of the whole measurement system are tested and verified.
