With the growth of economic development and functional demand,complex high-rise buildings are developing rapidly,and frame-supported shear wall structure with girder transfer floor is a widespread existence form in complex high-rise buildings.This type of structure was badly damaged under strong earthquakes because of its indirectly and unreasonably path to transfer force and the big changes in structural vertical stiffness,Therefore,it is very important to study the seismic performance of this kind of structure.In this paper,Midas and STAWE were used as simulation software to analyzes a24-storey frame-supported shear wall structure with high-position grider transfer storey,the author adopted response spectrum analysis and time-marching analysis as research method and choosed to consider the thickness,the quantity and the position of those shear wall linked with the ground as the three influencing factors.The author summarized the influence on structural seismic performance by these parameters through the comparison of structural response results,the analysis of horizontal seismic effect and the internal force analysis of structural members.This paper conducted pushover analysis to understand the lateral resistant ability of the structure and analyse the structural response under the rare earthquake accurately.Elastoplastic demand spectrum and improved capacity spectrum method were adopted to evaluate the seismic performance of the structure from these aspects,such as the performance point,the interlayer displacement angle and the distribution and deformation of plastic hinge.The author masters the position and damage of the structural weak storey by summing up the developing process and distribution of the plastic hinge to provide theoretical basis for seismic design and practical engineering based on performance of structure with transfer floor structure.The purpose of this paper is to simulate several sets offinite element models,to master the influence on structural seismic performance of frame-supported shear wall structure with high-position grider transfer storey by these parameters above,and to know better about the stress characteristics of this kind of structure,also to provide some reference basis for future research work and structural design.
