Currently, with the fast development of the system of high-rise building structure around the world, the frame-supported shear wall structure of girder transfer storey has been applied widely. The abrupt change of lateral stiffness in the transfer storey is because the vertical structural members in transfer storey are not continuous and the ratio of equivalent shear stiffness is not 1. As a reslut, the ratio of equivlent sher stiffness is one important factor in affecting the structural behavior in transfer storey. The location of transfer storey is one factor in influencing structural usage and has an indirect affect on its lateral stiffness, and thus plays a significant part in such structural performance. In this paper, the author tries to change the thickness and number of the shear wall linked with the ground or decrease the length of upper frame-supported shear wall to change the ratio of equivalent shear stiffness in transfer storey. By comparing the results of periodicity, displacement, elastic interstory drift, ratio of equivalent shear stiffness, internal force, top displacement time, acceleration, structural characteristics, pushover curve and displacement angle in elastic-plastic storey, we can get the thickness and number of the shear wall linked with ground, the length of wall column of upper frame-supported shear wall and the influence caused by the transfer storey height.By anlyzing the thickness and number of the shear wall linked with ground, the length of wall column of upper frame-supported shear wall and the influence caused by the transfer storey height, this paper tries to research into the loading features of frame-supported shear wall of the girder transfer storey and futher provide reference to the structual design and research.
