With the rapid development of the times and the acceleration of urbanization,the construction of urban landmark buildings is in full swing.People are demanding more and more buildings,and the number of skyscrapers and the scale of large-scale buildings are a yardstick to measure the level of urbanization.With the emergence of large-scale buildings,it is inevitable that more and more large-scale concrete will be used.The most serious problem of temperature difference between inside and outside of mass concrete needs to be solved urgently.How to effectively control the deformation and cracks caused by temperature difference between inside and outside of mass concrete and enhance the anti-seepage,anti-cracking and anti-erosion ability of concrete are the key issues related to the quality of construction.This paper takes the Zhangjiang New Area of Ganzhou as an example,which is under construction in Huarun Wanxiang SOHO central.Based on the engineering background of Square,combined with the actual situation of the construction of the large floor of Huarun Wanxiang SOHO Central Square,this paper studies how to prevent the occurrence of large concrete cracks.1)Analyse the causes of large concrete cracks,analyze the impact of various cracks on construction projects,and try to put forward effective solutions.2)To study the proportion of concrete,especially to analyze the raw materials of mass concrete and optimize the proportion scheme,so that concrete can not only have the special function that meets the needs of construction design,such as high strength,good volume stability and excellent crack resistance,but also have certain economic advantages.3)Try to use computer models and formulas to calculate the relationship between temperature and deformation of mass concrete when it produces temperature difference stress.Over-induction and sorting out,get theoretical arguments,and provide guidance for construction.4)Formulate a suitable and effective temperature monitoring scheme,implement the monitoring calculation of temperature monitoring at any time,calculate the law of temperature change in the construction process of concrete with reasonable proportion,find a suitable and effective temperature control method of heat preservation and moisture preservation,and combine with theoretical calculation and analysis to verify the rationality of the temperature control measures.5)Summarize and summarize the experimental data and actual data,try to explain the principle of controlling temperature and avoiding concrete cracks,summarize the law,and provide effective theoretical basis for various types of construction.
