Pioneering urbanization speed up the most obvious sign is the representative buildings,representative building with its tall or the typical shape usually marks the progress of science and technology and the development of The Times,so people are more and more high to the requirement of construction,as the production of large buildings,inevitably opportunities to use mass concrete is more and more.Mass concrete is the most serious internal and external temperature difference problem need to solve,how to effectively control the mass concrete temperature difference between inside and outside of the deformation and fracture,reinforced concrete impermeability and crack resistance and erosion resistance,is the key problem about the varieties of construction,the engineering background of this paper,taking wuhan tianma project dormitory building,the actual situation of slab casting construction,how to prevent the cracks of mass concrete against doing the related research:(1)Analyze the causes of mass concrete cracks,analyze the impact of various cracks on construction projects in combination with various factors,and try to put forward effective solutions.(2)Study the proportion of concrete,especially for the analysis of the raw materials of mass concrete,optimize the proportion scheme,so that the concrete can not only meet the requirements of the construction design of the special role,such as high strength,good volume stability,excellent anti-cracking ability,etc.,but also has a certain economic advantage.(3)Try to use the formula to calculate the relationship between temperature and deformation of mass concrete when temperature difference stress is generated.Through induction and arrangement,theoretical arguments are obtained to provide guidance for construction.(4)Summarize the experimental data and actual data,combine the two to try to explain the principle of controlling temperature and avoiding concrete cracks,summarize the rules,and provide effective theoretical basis for various types of construction.
