With the development of economy,as an important means of transportation,the subway is more and more popular because of its many advantages,such as saving land,protecting environment,large traffic volume,high efficiency,low noise,and little interference with other transportation modes.By the end of June 2017,China(excluding HongKong,Macao,Taiwan)has opened urban rail transit operations in a total of 31 cities,a total of 138 operating lines,the total length of the operation line is 4 066 km,and the station is 2 797.According to the forecast,the operation line of urban rail transit in China will reach about 6 000 km by 2020,and the subway operation line will be the main line.China has become the fastest developing country in the world,with the largest line of operation.The maintenance management of metro vehicles is an important part of the subway operation,and it is also an important part of the fixed assets of the subway system.According to incomplete statistics,the purchase cost of metro vehicles accounts for about 50% of the total investment in subway equipment,accounting for about 20% of the total investment in subway construction.Therefore,in the daily operation and maintenance of the subway,the maintenance and management of the subway vehicles cannot be ignored.In this paper,an intelligent management system for subway vehicle maintenance is designed and developed on the basis of mastering the subway vehicle maintenance system in China,mastering the production process of subway vehicle maintenance,mastering the maintenance mode of subway vehicles and mastering the corresponding function of subway vehicle maintenance base and so on.First of all,In terms of vehicle maintenance scheduling,by collecting the information from the car number identification system after the vehicle back,and recall the relevant information of the vehicle from the database,then combined with the information collection of vehicle sensors,the information collection of ground detection equipment and the inspection information by manual such as hearing,touching,and knocking,to determine the repair process(daily inspection,monthly repair,fixed repair,frame repair,factory repair,and temporary repair)required for the vehicle,and then according to the vehicle maintenance plan and the maintenance base of each vehicle,the vehicle dispatcher will transfer the vehicles to be repaired to the appropriate maintenance base for maintenance.After receiving the dispatch order of the vehicle inspection and maintenance dispatch center,and according to the working conditions of the vehicle maintenance team,the occupancy of the vehicle maintenance line,and the dispatch service list,the maintenance bases arrange the corresponding maintenance work team to carry out the maintenance work at the designated table.at the same time,the corresponding data statistics and analysis work is done.Secondly,for the design of the system,on the basis of the functional requirements of the intelligent management system for subway vehicle maintenance,combined with the nonfunctional requirements of the system(including high system security,easy to use interface,extensibility),In Windows environment,C/S system structure is adopted,Visual Studio 2013 is used as the system development platform,and C# is the programming language,then create the SQL Server 2008R2 database and the corresponding data table,to design and develop the intelligent management system for subway vehicle maintenance.And the related maintenance information is output in the form of Excel Report,and it can also set a password for a Excel report with a high requirement for data privacy to improve the efficiency and quality of subway vehicle maintenance.The intelligent management system of subway vehicle maintenance mainly adopts the idea of modular design,by devising the functions of each module,and ensure that each module is closely integrated with the database system,thus successfully completing the operation process of subway vehicle maintenance.The functional modules of the system mainly include the management module of vehicle maintenance planning,the management module of vehicle maintenance scheduling,the scheduling management module of maintenance workers,the module of vehicle inspection status query,the module of vehicle fault query,the module of statistical query,the module of user information management and other modules.Each of the main modules contains a number of functional sub modules to implement all the functions.Among them,the scheduling management module of maintenance workers needs to be combined with the model,the main functions are: vehicle repair base,such as vehicle section or parking lot,after receiving the vehicle maintenance scheduling commands issued by the vehicle dispatching department,the system will solve the optimal maintenance team and maintenance line of the vehicle maintenance base,and the proposed intelligence is reflected in the scheduling management module of maintenance workers,then the relevant staff,combined with the suggestion of the system,eventually distribute the vehicle repair work list.So,it will put forward higher requirements for the stability of the system.
