With the continuous advancement of the modernization of the manufacturing industry,it is inevitable for enterprises to use lean thinking to enhance their core competitiveness.Many problems have arisen in the implementation of artificial lean production processes,such as the non-standard management of paper documents and the difficulty in achieving an equalized production process,so information technology has become another way for companies to successfully implement lean production.The core of lean thinking is to eliminate waste in the production process and reduce the production cost of the product as a whole.The manufacturing execution system establishes a digital communication bridge between the enterprise planning management and the workshop production control site,solves the problem of information gap between the two,and realizes closed-loop circulation of enterprise operation information.Therefore,in the production process of the company,the manufacturing execution system provides reliable technical support for the lean production on the shop floor,while the lean implementation provides the accurate information data source for the manufacturing execution system,and both can mutually interact in the production management on the workshop floor.Rely on and promote and jointly improve the level of production management.Through the field investigation of the production status of the end-beam manufacturing plant and the collection and collation of industry data,the requirements for the end-beam production and implementation of the lean manufacturing execution system were derived,and the architecture and prototype of the lean manufacturing execution system suitable for the end-beam production workshop were designed.Content: Firstly,according to the status quo of the end beam production workshop and the requirement of lean production informatization,the overall design of the system is completed;secondly,the functions of the major functional modules in the lean manufacturing execution system are designed in detail,using the UML modeling language.Establish the prototype of the system,and then study and explain the key issues of the lean manufacturing execution system;Finally,take the implementation of the first stage of the lean manufacturing execution system in the end beam production workshop as an example,take the value stream analysis as the main line,and manufacture the end beam production workshop.The quantitative improvement and qualitative analysis were performed.The article's research provides a new way of thinking and method for lean management in end beam workshops.It uses manufacturing execution systems to achieve efficient execution of lean production activities.In the process of planning,designing and implementing the lean manufacturing execution system,the end beam workshop has taken a lot of lean improvement measures to make adequate preparations for the smooth implementation of the system.After the system is fully put into operation in the later period,the workshop production site will continue to be sustained.Improve and provide more technical support and become a powerful tool for lean production and fine management of the site.This also provides reference for management ideas and technology integration for workshops of other manufacturers.
