In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China's manufacturing production level,the demand for refined production management has increased.In the field of shipbuilding,the traditional shipbuilding model mainly relies on the experience of managers,and it is a relatively extensive management method to coordinate various types of work and workshop production activities according to the shipbuilding process.Although some shipbuilding companies have adopted digital shipbuilding technology,they have rarely implemented lean shipbuilding production models.In this context,this article introduces the lean production theory into the shipbuilding field,develops a manufacturing execution system(MES)for the shipbuilding workshop,and implements the lean production method into the shipbuilding process.This is of great significance for improving the production efficiency of shipbuilding enterprises.This article takes Wuhan ZJ Shipyard as the research object,and studies a series of problems such as the company's extensive production management mode,unreasonable production planning,and uneven production lines.First of all,the value flow chart analysis technology is used to study the hull process flow,operation content and man-hour quota,and analyze the production line balance of the shipbuilding workshop.Then,a production planning and scheduling method for discrete production operations such as segmented construction is proposed,and process-level and equipment-level operation plans are formulated based on task package priorities,employee skill levels,equipment manufacturing capabilities,and balanced production.Secondly,scheduling is performed based on different levels of limited production capacity,and the staggered,overlapping,and parallel operations in production are considered to calculate the time node of each process,and the production efficiency is improved through good staged operations.Finally,combined with the actual production process of ZJ Shipyard,a method of shipbuilding operation decomposition based on task package is proposed.By improving the operation time and increasing the balance rate of the production line,a balanced flow operation is formed.Based on the above research,this paper uses Java language to develop a manufacturing execution system for shipbuilding workshops.The overall architecture,business process,database and functional modules of the system are designed and developed.The MES system developed in this paper is well integrated with the idea of??lean shipbuilding.Since its application,it has significantly improved the company's production management level,reduced the ship construction cycle,and effectively improved the efficiency of shipbuilding enterprises.
