| This paper only takes the representative production management system of auto parts manufacturing in the discrete manufacturing industry as an example for research.The paper analyzes the development trend of intelligent manufacturing and the development status of MES system at home and abroad,analyzes the importance of MES and SCADA to parts manufacturing for the auto parts industry,studies the interactive communication method between SCADA system and workshop production equipment,and adopts MII The middleware technology realizes the data interaction with the underlying equipment.The paper analyzes the production management system based on the status of the workshop and sorts out more than 60 requirements.Based on the 60 requirements,the overall architecture of the production management system is designed and the production management system is divided into four modules: production Modules,equipment modules,quality modules,logistics modules,and the specific functions of each module are designed,and each function has the ability to solve a specific problem in the production execution process.Taking the logistics module as an example,the thesis detailed the design of barcode styles,database tables,flow charts,use case diagrams,sequence diagrams,and functional interfaces.Then the thesis introduced the development environment and tools when the production management system was implemented,and spare parts were used.The receiving and public printing functions are taken as examples to fully introduce the realization process.The system has been tested functionally and non-functionally before it is put into use,including functional stability and software stability.Through the test and practical application,the system has been tested on the production management system from the perspectives of administrators and operators.The results of the implementation are shown.The system has the characteristics of low cost,strong customization,friendly human-computer interaction,and real-time and accurate data collection.The system realizes real-time early warning of product and equipment failures,improves product quality,reduces production costs,and improves workshop production as a whole Efficiency,and finally realize the intelligentization,networking and coordination of the workshop,at the same time,the system has great promotion value in the relevant discrete manufacturing industry. |
