With the vigorously develop infrastructure constructed in our country.The task of bridge construction is arduous.Because of the excellent mechanical property,brilliant seismic behavior,flexible shape,prestressed continuous concrete beam become the first choice ofnumerous bridge designer.although the construction method of prestressed continuous concrete beam has become matured in China as well as the low cost,fast speed of construction.Few equipment and space usage of this kind of bridge bring a great deal of convenience in bridge construction,the weakness of cantilever irrigating construction raise bridge engineer concern under the background of strenuous construction task,tight schedule and continuous innovation of bridge construction.This paper summarized the research and development status of domestic and overseas prestressed continuous concrete beam and construction control theory.And take the(60+100+60)m prestressed continuous concrete beam in Shanghehang Passenger Dedicated Line for example.Using Midas civil simulate and analyze the variation of the shape of this bridge.The main content is as follows.(1)According to the physical truth of the bridge,using Midas civil simulate the each construction stage and compared the theoretical value to practical value of the stress and the shape of the bridge.Then calculating the construction camber of each construction stage to guide the construction,after that,to guarantee the stress and shape were in reasonable range,I analyzed the date and made an adjustment.(2)Analyzed the influence of several sensitive parameter(including the unit weight of concrete,elasticity modulus,coefficient of friction resistance and deviation factor of prestressed pipe)in several construction stages.(3)Used Midas Fea to construct heat of hydration model of zero-block,analyzed the hydration heat temperature field of the situation of Non-cooling water pipe against using cooling water pipe,then compared the temperature of theoretical value and measured value.Analyzed the effectiveness of using cooling water pipe to reduce the hydration heat temperature of zero-block.(4)Discussed the difference of the shapes calcuted by software and physical situation,next,combined the simulation analysis results of this bridge,analyzed the shape variation of under the influence of concrete shrinkage,creep of concrete and loss of prestress.After that,analyzed the situation that in different humidity,overloading secondary dead load,how the shape of the bridge changed,then draw a conclusion to provide a reference for construction supervision.
