Average speed railway interval signal devices are far from the station,the job category are interval class assignments,under the background of railway speed increasing,daily maintenance protection difficulty is very big,work safety risk is extremely high.As a result,the comprehensive analysis of existing situation and problems of the current maintenance interval signal equipment,on the basis of scientific analysis of interval signal equipment reliability,security,and on this basis,put forward a kind of suitable for current railway reform situation of sd railway interval signal equipment maintenance mode,which has the very vital significance.The dissertation mainly divided into five chapters.First chapter the introduction,mainly introduces the background and research significance of this article,through the literature research of experts and scholars,proposed in this paper,the research contents and train of thought.The second chapter is an overview of the failure model and effect analysis technology,mainly introduces the principles,methods and analysis steps of FMEA.The third chapter is the functional analysis of Automatic occlusion interval system for ZPW-2000 A uninsulated track circuit,mainly introduces the system constitution and analysis system function.The fourth chapter is the failure model and effect analysis of Automatic occlusion interval system for ZPW-2000 A uninsulated track circuit,mainly Introduces the analysis of detection and monitoring for ZPW-2000 A uninsulated track circuit and the types of fault and its impact analysis.The five chapter researches on the maintenance model of automatic interval obstruction system of general speed railway based on FMEA analysis through analysis of system fault types,reliability analysis of system and system component unit,analysis of other objective factors and countermeasures.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the reliability and safety of each subsystem,the ZPW-2000 A automatic occlusion system adopts FMEA analysis methods and theories,at the same time,considering the influence of other objective factors,it can be concluded that under the current situation of railway reform,the state maintenance based on daily monitoring and routine maintenance is a good way to solve the current maintenance problems.It is in line with the current situation and will be the development direction of future maintenance.
