For the implementation of the national railway logistics development strategy and industrial layout adjustment and optimization requirements,Chinese railway company to "13th Five-Year" logistics development planning in 2015,to strengthen top-level design of network planning of railway logistics node.Combined with the provinces and city logistics and industrial planning,according to the survey of market information,to customer demand oriented,extension services to the logistics supply chain,the implementation of the rolling planning and dynamic optimization for three year construction plan,a reasonable layout,covering light,level clear,clear positioning,improve the function of the three level of railway logistics infrastructure network will be gradually formed.At the same time,railway logistics infrastructure layout will be further optimized.According to the municipalities,provincial capital city,prefecture level city in the city center of the existing freight yard,and will take full advantage of energy saving and environmental protection to promote the transformation and upgrading of railway logistics,city distribution center,vigorously develop the city express delivery and distribution business,while relying on the city terminal outlets to expand access service network,to create a comprehensive integrated service of railway logistics infrastructure network.For international transport,iron transport,rail transport and other logistics infrastructure planning,is expected to be incorporated into the city overall planning,convergence of railway logistics center with the customs,commodity inspection,port,highway main hub will be convenient,rail station integration "integration" to promote,in order to achieve a variety of modes of transport and smooth convergence efficient operation.Therefore,the location of a railway logistics park in the early stages of construction as well as its associated with the surrounding logistics facilities are expected to generate traffic volume,for planning the significance of railway logistics park.Baotou is the city under the jurisdiction of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Inner Mongolia's manufacturing,industrial center,but also the economic zone of the bag,the central city of the city group.Baotou is an important hub connecting the north and northwest,is the key development areas,Inner Mongolia Chinese opening,China,one of the railway transportation hub city,Beijing Baotou railway,Baotou Lanzhou railway,Bao Xi railway,packet ring railway,railway,railway,full package Ganquan railway all at this intersection,it can be said that Baotou is a railway pull out of the city.Although the city has a large number of logistics companies,but only about 10 freight stations,while infrastructure is weak,can not meet the needs of modern logistics.Hohhot Railway Bureau in the Inner MongoliaAutonomous Region Province as the main railway operators,closely around the national "The Belt and Road" strategy and development strategy of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the construction conforms to the development demand of modern logistics transportation of modern integrated logistics park-Baotou railway logistics park.This paper first describes the development of modern logistics of Railway Logistics Park,meaning in logistics system and the important role of the transformation of railway logistics,and then the system analysis of Baotou railway logistics park is located in Baotou city and the surrounding logistics demand,and Baotou railway logistics park location,railway transportation organization mode,operation mode,and recommendations for further work.
