The existing rail grinding vehicles are powered by diesel engines for walking systems and operating organizations.During the use of diesel engines,there are emissions of CO2,SO2 and other toxic and harmful exhaust gases,which cause pollution to the atmosphere.With the opening and operation of high-speed railways,passenger dedicated lines and speed-increasing lines,the number and total length of railway tunnels are constantly increasing every year,and the frequency and time of large-scale road maintenance machinery operating in tunnels are increasing every year,and the ventilation in tunnels is poor.In particular,long tunnels,the harmful gases and smoke generated by internal combustion engines during operation pose a threat to the physical health and safety of operators and collaborators,and the exhaust gas discharged by internal combustion engines also causes internal combustion engines to overheat.In severe cases,it causes downtime and reduces operating efficiency.On the basis of the original PGM-48 rail grinding vehicle,the internal combustion power system of the original vehicle was replaced by diesel generator set + bow net power extraction,and the direct current end of the diesel generator power source was connected in parallel with the bow net power source.In order to realize the connection and conversion between the two power sources.The main contents are as follows:(1)Design the overall design scheme of the double-power 48 grinding head rail grinding vehicle.Including main functions,overall scheme layout,vehicle technical parameters,traction drive system,electrical system,hydraulic system,air ventilation system,grinding operating system,etc.;(2)Accounting for the traction performance of the vehicle to verify the reliability of the power.Calculating the traction force and the power of the wheel shaft in the case of power generation of the catenary and diesel engine,calculating the power capacity of each transmission system,providing a basis for the selection of each component,and determining the selection of components;(3)The simulation analysis of vehicle system dynamics is carried out to verify the rationality of the selection of vehicle key parameters.Simpack simulation software is used to establish the dynamic calculation model of the grinding vehicle,and the stability,stability and safety indicators of the vehicle are simulated and analyzed.The dynamic of the vehicle is verified to meet the design requirements.(4)Introduce the grinding operation system in detail,including the installation of the grinding car,various technical parameters and working principles,and verify the passing performance of the grinding car on the small radius curve,and prove that the grinding device meets the requirements from the design;(5)This paper analyzes the social and economic benefits of the double-power 48 grinding wheel,and provides ideas for the subsequent development of grinding wheel technology,which meets the policy requirements for saving emissions.Through the design and study of the dual-power 48 grinding wheel rail grinding wheel,it is found that the dual-power 48 grinding wheel rail grinding wheel can give full play to the advantages of the clean energy of the catenary and effectively solve the dust pollution problem existing in the tunnel operation of the existing grinding wheel diesel engine.Improve the grinding operation environment,reduce the grinding operation cost,and achieve the use of clean energy.It has laid a good foundation for further research work in the field of grinding.
