| With the continuous development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s material life,it can be said that the logistics industry has been closely related to everyone.It is the most basic condition for the development of modern logistics enterprises to strengthen the image of the logistics enterprise,expand the humanized service and adapt to the fierce market competition.At the request of national railway corporation in 2017,has begun to company system reform,and proved that rail freight take part in the globalization of market competition too,therefore,railway constantly improve the door to door,door to station,station to station transportation services,full speed ahead of railway logistics service marketization orbit,although railway transportation as the lifeblood of the national economy,but its disadvantages are obvious.sent part of Railway transport formalities to deal with a longer process,functional departments involved in too many problems,reach part of Railway transport in the lack of standardization of service process,the problem lack of additional value-added features,to reform the present situation of the railway freight vehicle is still be slow,in lack of attention.Therefore,research on the railway transport of sending and reaching part assignments,simplify the steps,promote efficiency,save resources so as to improve enterprise profits,reduce unnecessary costs is fundamental to promote the competitiveness of the railway transportation.In this paper,after reading a large number of existing data,considering its own national conditions and the uniqueness of the railway transportation industry in our country,and combined with the purpose of the reform of railway freight transportation,and from the Angle of time cost,and value-added services are analyzed.Firstly,the existing railway transportation workflow in China is described and summarized.Secondly,using the Petri net to model the send operation and the reach process of the railway vehicle freight,the simulation software of Flexsim is used to simulate the model,and the bottlenecks in the simulation results are found.The key optimization of the bottleneck is focused on the optimization of the target,method and principle,so as to generate a new process,which is the optimized process,and then the optimized process is simulated again,and the results are compared with the simulation results before optimization.Finally,observation and comparison analysis whether achieve the desired optimization goal,and the conclusion is given. |
