Research On The Optimization Of The Railway Bulk Freight Organization Based On Logistics

With the rapid development of social economy,a variety of resources have been in need for community rapidly, especially the bulk cargo including the variety of energy、 raw materials, which have influenced the development of the country construction and development.The traditional concept of considering railway transport enterprise only as a supplier of transportation has been proved to be far from enough. If railway bulk cargo transportation can achieve sustainable development, the bulk cargo should explore the logistics of the transportation, the bulk cargo transportation should be optimized from the perspective of the logistics concept, which will improve the competitiveness of railway market and the satisfaction of customer.The rail bulk transportation is such a wide and sophisticated problem that the thesis just studied the problem of freight operation process and wagon flow organization. Firstly, the thesis analyzed the development of logistic about the rail bulk transportation with the SWOT strategic analytical method, the growing trend of rail buck transportation and the innovation method of rail buck transportation organization were summed up. From the perspective of logistics, the freight operation process of rail bulk cargo was optimized, the concentrated and decentralized of integration transportation was discussed. Accordingly, on the basis of transportation and inventory, the thesis established optimization model of traffic organization based on the cost of logistics, and numerical example was analyzed, which determined the optimal solution of bulk freight train in station. Finally the thesis discussed the countermeasure about the development of the rail bulk freight.
