Research On The Railway Freight Operation Processes Based On RITS

Due to the coming of information age, intelligent railway has been the top theme nowadays. with the competition among transport alternatives becoming more and more intensive, Inevitably, for the railway industry, RITS will be one of the competitive choices. dating from1987, China has been engaged in RITS study and exploratory application, up to2002, scholars at home have put forward RITS framework, standards and development strategies, namely, China has been theoretically qualified for the RITS study. Because of the updating demand for personalized freight services, convenient needs, the current freight service organization cannot afford the modern railway freight requirements, therefore, in order to provide high-quality service and efficient business processes, it is necessary, with the help of intelligent thinking, to optimize the railway freight operation processes which regard clients as the top concern.Despite the fact that the RITS studies in our country have lasted a long time, the study has not emphasized the freight operation process much. This paper, by analysis of the current freight operation process, based on the RITS design ideas, with the help of Petri network modeling and analyzing diagnostically, analyzes shortcomings of the current railway freight operation processes, which is optimized by the RITS design ideas. Based on the analyses of IR freight client demands, this paper concludes the railway freight operation process service requirements, which can meet the needs of railway freight clients, and rebuilds and designs the current processes by the IR ideas based on the BPR. In the end, an analysis on the SPN performance of the freight operation, as well as the outcome of process optimization, by the MC stable condition probablity will be testified, to verify the validity of intelligent thought in railway freight business processes reform.Based on the design ideas of IR freight service systems, this paper is aimed to meet the client needs, at the same time, this paper, with studying theoretically and designing the operation processes structures, hope to speed up the railway freight service intellectualization, provides latest ideas for IR freight service system design.
