In recent years,the rapid development of China's economy,the rapid development of urbanization and the huge change of consumption mode have brought new challenges to urban logistics and distribution.The huge demand for logistics requires more logistic fleets to reduce their carbon emission,help protecting environment and saving energy.Electric vehicle is the most promising distribution vehicle in future city logistics and distribution.It has many advantages,such as environmental protection,low carbon,low noise and so on.It is an effective way to realize low carbon transportation,intelligent transportation and efficient transportation.In recent years,under the vigorous promotion of the country and the active exploration of the logistics and distribution enterprises,electric logistics vehicles have played a significant advantage in some short-range pilot projects.However,in order to realize the comprehensive popularization of electric vehicles in logistics and distribution,scientific and effective systematic planning is still needed to make the design of the logistics distribution system conform to the characteristics of the electric vehicle.Therefore,this paper takes the electric vehicle as the research object,studies the location path problem of the electric vehicle logistics distribution system,so as to provide the decision support for the construction of the electric vehicle replacement and distribution system.This paper first combed the related research on vehicle routing problem,facility location problem and location routing problem at home and abroad,summed up the research experience and put forward new research direction.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the electric vehicle logistics and distribution system,this paper fully considers the mileage limit,capacity limit,time window constraints,facilities construction and purchasing cost,and constructs the mathematical model of the electric vehicle logistics distribution system.In order to solve the model effectively,this paper proposes a hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm for the characteristics of the problem,and uses a benchmarking example to verify it.Finally,we summarize the full text and look forward to the future research.
