To alleviate the energy crisis and environmental pollution problems,China actively develops green transportation and green logistics,and boosts the development and implementation of electric logistics vehicles in the domain of urban distribution.But in light of the short range and slow charging speed of electric logistics vehicles,these problems seriously affect the distribution efficiency and cost of logistics enterprises.Therefore,for the purpose of decreasing the operating cost and improving the competitiveness of logistics enterprises,this paper carries out a study on the optimization of urban distribution paths around the replenishment strategy of electric logistics vehicles.Firstly,On the basis of composing and concluding the theories concerning the replenishment method and distribution path improvement of electric logistics vehicles,with the purpose of minimizing the gross expenses of distribution,the fixed cost,transportation cost,replenishment cost and time window penalty cost in the distribution process of electric logistics vehicles are considered,and two electric logistics vehicle distribution models with charging strategy and power exchange strategy are established separately.Then,the moth-flame algorithm is modified and enhanced in three aspects: population initialization based on low discrepancy sequence,graded feedback mutation strategy and flame adaptive update function,and the effectiveness of the improved algorithm is demonstrated by arithmetic examples.Finally,the data of B city’s D company is selected for the case study,and the distribution scheme and various cost expenditures under four replenishment strategies of full charging,94% charging,84% charging and power exchange are derived for electric logistics vehicles in the distribution process,and the merits and demerits of the four replenishment strategies are compared,the sensitivity of the range of vehicles is evaluated.The study results demonstrate that :(1)the improved moth-flame algorithm in this paper has the most superior solution results on the basis of guaranteed solution speed,which substantiate the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.(2)The total cost of the distribution scheme under the 84% charging strategy is the smallest,and the distribution scheme with full charging has the highest cost,with a difference of ¥ 747.65.(3)The distribution scheme under the power change strategy does not bring advantages due to the saving of power change time,but rather higher total distribution costs due to higher switching costs and time window penalty costs.(4)With the improvement of the range of electric logistics vehicles,the gross expenses of logistics distribution is on a decreasing tendency.The research results of this paper can provide reference and suggestions for logistics enterprises to reasonably choose the replenishment strategy of electric logistics vehicles,so as to reduce the operation expenses of companies and help promote the development and adoption of electric logistics vehicles.
