In the recent 10 years,as the deepening of the economic restructuring in our country,the industry reform,especially the reforms of electric power marketing and electric power system,has become the focus of attention.Facing the deepening reforms day by day,we need to pay highly attention to improving the marketing competitive strength of power enterprises and core competitiveness.Besides exploring widely of the market,increasing the economic efficiency,the power enterprises also need to optimize internal management,integrate Lean Management into the whole management process,which is the inevitable trend for enterprise development.Enterprises which are directly under State Grid are quite special,their management actual demands are different with other main power enterprises.As one of the important factors of core competitiveness,materials management is the significant optimization objective of Lean Management plan.As the authorized research institution of power industry,for the real situation of materials management in the organizations,C Company made a Lean Solution Plan laid particular field on the whole process materials management.Based on the analysis of general management system in the main quarter of the organization,current material management process and management situation in recent years of C Company,also from the perspective of the real material management work which is taken charged and got involved by author,this paper try to figure out the main problems of several processes of material management in C Company.These processes include purchasing strategies,fixed assets management,equipment management,supplier evaluation,etc.At the same time,based on the Lean Management theories,for the existing problems of material management mentioned above,this paper offers Lean Solution Plan,Optimization Management,in other words,optimize purchasing strategies,complete the fixed assets management,establish complete equipment management system and improve the supplier evaluation plans,etc.The author applied Delphi Method to build evaluation model for material and service suppliers,also carried out empirical analysis,and improved the supplier evaluation system.Meanwhile,the article offers the evaluation standards for Lean Solutions,and takes Analytic Hierarchy Process to have comprehensive analysis for Lean Solutions.Moreover,effective guarantee can be gained for the whole optimization plan from the perspectives of resources,systems,education and culture.This paper aims to discuss the optimization of the Lean Management of the material management intensification in C Company.Meanwhile,the paper can be beneficial to improving the internal work efficiency of material management intensification,and also be used for reference for increasing the Lean Management of the material intensification management in the enterprise and other similar enterprises.
