In recent years,with the increase of extreme weather and the improvement of living standards of people,the temperature-controlled load such as air conditioners have been rapidly rising year by year,resulting in seasonal and time-critical power supply shortages in some areas of our country.China’s electricity has also shown the following features,large peak-valley difference,short peak load duration and large geographical differences.In addition,China vigorously promote the construction of high-voltage AC-DC power transmission system.When the failure of power grid in the absence of high-power DC,emergency disposal have a more serious impact on the user’s production and life.With the research and popularization of user-side demand response technology,the two-way interaction between user load and power grid can be used as an effective means to solve the above problems.This paper mainly do research on user side load group optimization scheduling and adjustable potential.Firstly,categories of user-side load resources and main scheduling modes involved in grid demand response are summarized.Two types of incentive-based demand response scheduling modes including direct load control and interruptible load are compared.And summarizes the functions of load aggregators and their interactions with load dispatch center and users.Subsequently,the definition and evaluation method of user contribution are proposed,and the optimal economic compensation scheduling model and power precise control tracking model based on user contribution are established.The dynamic programming algorithm is used to solve the two types of models.The conclusion is that the former can provide a backup scheme for decision-making of economic dispatching,and the latter can greatly reduce dispatching power disparity.Finally,the mathematical models of household air conditioners and electric water heaters participating in the grid response are established.The adjustable potential of load groups including their capacity and response speed is analyzed.In order to solve the problem of power group oscillation caused by centralized control,sub-group regulation strategy and stochastic recovery strategy are proposed.A strategy of segment temperature control is proposed for the load group of electric water heater.
