At present, the simulation of power station control system is still dominated by digital simulation. The signal exists in the form of digital signal, which improves the fastness of simulation, but it loses the real-time characteristic of simulation and can not reflect the dynamic process of real system.By using the xPC real-time simulation platform provided by MATLAB and the I/O interface modules, this paper designes the HILS(Hardware In the Loop Simulation)system solution which is at the forefront of research at home and abroad.By developing the second interface of Simulink, the MATLAB engine, the paper solves the communication problems between HMI and Simulink models, and realizes the functions of system setting, offline simulation, model compiling and downloading, etc. This paper also realizes the functions of real-time simulation operation monitoring and background data management reappearance through the development of xPC real-time target program communication interface and combined with TeeChart ActiveX and a variety of database controls at the same time.In HILS systems,Tcp/IP communication is used between the host and the xPC target, and real-time communication between multiple xPC target machines is achieved by developing the corresponding I/O module drivers. The HILS system combines the real-time nature of simulation with the rapidity of digital simulation, making the simulation closer to the actual control system in the industrial field. The paper verifies the feasibility of each function of HILS system by typical power station control system examples. |
