Due to the harsh environment and high risk of the power plant,the research on power station control system usually adopts the method of modeling and simulation.At present,the simulation of power plant control system generally uses digital simulation,in which the signal is transmitted in the form of digital signal.However,this method does not have the real-time performance and cannot accurately reflect the dynamic operation process of the power plant control system.The above-mentioned problems can be well solved by using Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation(HILS)technology.This paper designs the software architecture and key function modules of HILS real-time simulation platform by analyzing the structure of HILS system based on xPC real-time environment.The simplex optimization algorithm of the the system optimization module is implemented by C++and Matlab mixed programming.By using Lab VIEW and virtual instrument technology,the real-time monitoring interface of HILS system is designed by using the xPC API function encapsulated in the dynamic link library.Through the widget provided by Lab VIEW,the operation state of the system in the target machine can be monitored in real time,and the data and curve can be stored.Based on this HILS real-time simulation platform,the real-time simulation and test of the power plant typical control system is realized.In the HILS control system of three-phase asynchronous motor variable frequency speed control,with the data acquisition function of HILS simulation platform,the motor speed transfer function is identified.The system optimization module is used to optimize the controller parameters.Then,optimized control parameters are applied to the HILS real-time control strategy model,which is downloaded to the HILS target machine.The A/D and D/A conversion functions are realized by the IO board.A closed loop forms,and the real-time simulation is completed.The simulation models of the superheated steam temperature control system and the boiler drum water level control system are built,compiled and downloaded to the HILS target machine for real-time operation,and the real-time simulation experiment is completed.By comparing the digital simulation results with the data and image of HILS real-time simulation results of power plant typical control systems,the accuracy and effectiveness of the designed HILS real-time simulation platform in the real-time simulation and test of the typical control system of the power station are verified.
