With the development of heavy railways in China,the load of railway vehicles is increasing,the traffic volume is increasing,the tunnel base disease is becoming more and more serious,and the repair work of ballast track is huge.While the railway running skylight time is short,there are difficult to carry out effective tunnel disease remediation,resulting in more serious disease development.Which makes the research on the remediation technology of the basement disease under the condition that the heavy duty railway is not stopped.At the same time,the ballastless track structure is very good,the maintenance work is small,how to choose the suitable ballastless track type,without affecting the railway operation in the case of ballastless track replacement,the need for further research.This paper adopts the methods of domestic and foreign research,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis to analyze the influence of train vibration on the basement rock,the type of tunnel base disease and the remediation technology of heavy rail railway tunnels,Under the conditions of the ballastless track replacement technology were studied,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The load of C6 *,C8 * freight train vibration on the tunnel under the arch of the impact of the surrounding area and the vibration attenuation law is basically the same,the vibration response of the heavy load side of the tunnel within the arch of 6.8m within the surrounding rock affected by vibration Obviously,when the vibration is transmitted to a certain distance from the tunnel,almost no attenuation.(2)The main causes of tunnel base disease are train vibration,groundwater impact,cinder pollution,different types of diseases need targeted remediation technology,including precipitation,grouting,for the end of the measures,for non-stop conditions of the tunnel base disease,you can use the root pile + grouting,etc.to carry out remediation.(3)At present,foreign ballastless track mainly has plate type,integral type and elastic support block type.China adopts CRTS and elastic support block ballastless track,and the dynamic characteristics of elastic support block ballastless track are better than CRTS type I plate Ballastless track is more excellent,but the two ballastless track dynamic characteristics are basically the same,and CRTS I-type ballastless track to meet the 30-ton heavy-duty railway requirements.(4)The construction of the beam technology can be carried out in the busy heavy-duty railway tunnels without stopping the ballastless track under the conditions of construction,in the construction should be carefully selected mechanical support,reasonable organization,the effective use of traffic skylights for construction.
