Segmental bridge erecting machine is a typical multi variety and small output mechanical product.It is widely used in large scale engineering.Its strength,stiffness and stability determine the safety and reliability of construction directly.At present,the mechanical performance and reliability of bridge erecting machine are usually simulated by ANSYS software.However,the type selection of bridge erecting machine is often different for different working conditions,and repeated design is time-consuming.Therefore,on the basis of ensuring the reliability of the performance of bridge erecting machine,it is very meaningful to study a fast finite element analysis method of metal structure.In this paper,the related research on the fast design technology of the finite element method for the DP60/30 B segmental bridge erecting machine is carried out,and the finite element analysis of the metal structure is carried out in the typical working conditions in the construction,and the following problems are mainly solved.1?The general situation and working principle of the segmental assembling bridge erecting machine are introduced in detail,and the load of bridge erecting machine is calculated.2?The APDL command flow is modeled and assembled for each component on the basis of the necessary simplification of the bridge structure.In the finite element modeling,with the main design parameters,the corresponding variables are set up to establish the parameterized finite element model.3?The object-oriented programming language VB and ANSYS parametric design language are adopted to encapsulate the finite element analysis process of the assembled bridge erection machine.A parameterized rapid design analysis system is developed for the main performance parameters affecting the bridge erection machine.The system interface is simple and intuitive,eliminating the drawbacks of repeated modeling and shortening product design time.4?Studying and analyzing the strength,stiffness and stability of the complete machine and its main components under the typical conditions of the bridge erection machine,and intuitively display the working strength of the bridge erection machine.The research contentand results of this paper have great practical value for the rapid design and serialized production of assembled type bridge erecting machines,and at the same time provide an effective reference for the research of other types of bridge erecting machines.
