With the vigorous development of power transmission and transformation projects in our country,the application of high-voltage disconnector is also more and more widely.However,these devices often have serious consequences due to severe wear and overheating of the electrical contact area.In view of this kind of situation,except study on the electric contact material,it is an effective solution to carry on protective lubricating treatment in the electric contact area too.However,in the past,most of the researches on this kind of research were carried out under the condition of no current carrying,and they did not really simulate the sliding electrical contact under the actual conditions.The subject focuses on the electrical contact materials and the power compound grease,and compares the grease lubrication under current-carrying and non-current-carrying conditions to seek a sliding electrical contact with good tribological and electrical conductivity.The research contents and results are as follows:1.A new type of electric complex grease was prepared by using carbon nanotubes as conductive additives and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)as base grease.The effects of three kinds of electrical contact materials(copper,silver,Silver-graphite)tribological properties under the boundary lubrication and conductivity.The experimental results show that the addition of carbon nanotubes can effectively reduce the volume resistivity,the maximum can be reduced by 42.8%,with excellent electrical conductivity;under the conditions of lubrication,when not carrying,compared to copper and silver,silver graphite Has better anti-friction and anti-wear properties;but when the current flow,silver has good anti-friction and anti-wear properties,anti-friction and wear resistance of the worst copper substrate.Overall,under the lubrication of the new PTFE power compound grease,the three materials did not achieve the unity of current-carrying tribological and electrical conductivity.2.A new type of high-temperature power complex grease was prepared by using micron conductive polyaniline particles as the conductive additive and high-temperature lithium complex grease(paocli)as the base grease.The effects of three kinds of electrical contact materials(Copper,silver,silver graphite)in the new composite grease lubrication under the tribological properties and conductivity.The experimental results show that the new type of composite lipid with conductive polyaniline has a higher dropping point of 312 ?,higher temperature resistance,lower volume resistivity and higher high temperature resistance and conductivity.Conductive polyaniline played an excellent lubricating properties,the additive concentration of 1%showed the best friction and wear resistance,the friction coefficient can be reduced by 22.4%,wear scar width can be reduced by 23.7%;under lubrication conditions,when not Current-carrying,silver graphite coating due to the synergistic lubrication of solid graphite and grease,showing excellent anti-friction and anti-wear properties;However,due to the carrier current,due to synergistic lubrication and current carrying silver composite load and silver,silver Not only exhibits the best tribological properties(friction coefficient is 0.048,wear scar width 0.308mm),but also has the lowest contact resistance,good tribological properties and conductivity,and is expected to provide low-wear and high-conductivity electrical contact design New ideas.3.The ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to simulate the change of wear volume with time.The stress and strain changes of the worn surface are analyzedby the simulation process.The analytical model of wear volume is established by using the formula.The prediction results show A more good effect,the practice of production has some guiding significance.
