| In recent years,EPC mode gradually becomes the main engineering construction mode for domestic nuclear power construction enterprises with the outstanding feature that proprietors can carry out construction of standardized nuclear facilities by relying on specialized engineering corporations so that construction quality as well as its safety could be greatly improved.Under EPC mode and during nuclear facilities construction,proprietors and all contractors should establish perfect QAS(quality assurance system)and quality control system.As far as the conception of nuclear-involved engineering quality management is concerned,this paper straightforward discusses the organization of engineering project as well as its management definition,especially analyzes quality contents and methods in the critical stage of engineering quality management,namely the construction stage,then proceeds with an in-depth analysis of the most key link in quality management,construction supervising units and quality management modes to talk about quality management mode of quality management system of projects participators.In addition,this paper introduces a basic conception of PDCA cycle management and in combination with the specific quality management requirements of nuclear facilities innovatively puts forward PDCA-F management cycle which essentially highlights the feedback of inspection in PDCA.On top of that,this paper emphatically explains how proprietors in all project stages utilize PDCA-F management cycle to manage quality and supervise the quality management of supervising units and simultaneously proposes a couple of brief suggestions about regulatory systems for governmental nuclear facilities quality management.Taking A nuclear power plant renovation and expansion project as an example,this paper discusses about the actual construction mode of nuclear facilities engineering quality management in great details under EPC mode.By an analysis of the existing problems in quality management of A nuclear power plant,a conclusion of the significance of PDCA-F utilization in quality management for nuclear facilities is then drawn.PDCA-F management cycle is adopted to design an entire set of quality management scheme for Chinese shareholders of component factory,which works in the practical application and proves that PDCA-F management cycle features scientific nature and practicability and therefore should be largely popularized in nuclear facilities constructions.In the predictable future,ratio of nuclear power as a green energy will remarkably be increased in national energy.Nuclear power as well as the corresponding constructions of nuclear industries upstream and downstream will certainly enter the new fast lane of development.Under this historical opportunity,this paper carefully summarizes the past mature modes of quality management,explicitly analyzes nuclear facilities construction quality management under EPC mode,and at the same time proposes a couple of innovative ideas in hope to contribute a little bit to the flourishing development of our national nuclear industry.. |
