Research On Quality Management Of Landscape Engineering Project

Quality problems are related to a country’s economic development,but also related to a country’s strong major issues.Quality is the overall problem of national economic and social development,involving the sustainability of development,the happiness index of people’s lives,and the image of the country.The Chinese government has always attached great importance to quality issues.Made in China 2025 puts forward the basic principles of "innovation driven,quality first,green development,structural optimization and talent-based".In the past 30 years of reform and opening up,great achievements have been made in urban construction in China.The quality level of construction projects has been steadily improved,and engineering quality accidents have been effectively curbed on the whole.A large number of major projects such as "high,deep,big and difficult" have made great breakthroughs in quality and achieved remarkable results in engineering quality management.Benefiting from the common influence of urbanization,real estate market expansion,policy incentives and other factors,especially the vigorous promotion of the construction of ecological civilization,the country has brought rare development opportunities to the landscape industry and promoted the development of the landscape industry.However,garden enterprises are generally small in scale,lack of quality management consciousness and lack of quality management theory and practice.The quality and landscape effect of landscape engineering projects have increasingly become the focus of attention.Therefore,landscape enterprises must take landscape experience as the top priority,and use various means,measures and methods to vigorously improve the quality of landscape engineering,in order to stand out in the increasingly fierce market competition.In view of how to improve the quality of landscape engineering projects,this paper studies from the following three aspects:A Model Advance System Research Based on Taylor’s Scientific Management Theory.The role of the sample system is to "sensory" the specific quality requirements and quality effects,so that all construction operators and managers on the site can personally experience its construction practices,procedures,and quality goals to be achieved.This paper points out the problems existing in the implementation of the model,such as the lack of customization in the enterprise,the failure of the model engineering to combine the characteristics of the project and the actual situation of the enterprise.It is proposed that enterprises should conduct quality control according to the model,including the establishment and planning of the model,the implementation of the model,and the analysis and evaluation of the model.Research on Supplier Management Based on the Theory of Total Quality Management.Supplier is an important link in the chain of project management.This paper points out that enterprises do not attach enough importance to suppliers,do not have a unified selection and comparison index system in decision-making of material suppliers,do not establish a long-term strategic cooperation partnership with suppliers for mutual benefit,the quality and delivery date of suppliers are checked afterwards,which leads to supply risks,poor information communication among suppliers and weak supply response ability.The process of supplier management,including supplier selection,supplier inspection,supplier evaluation and the establishment of supplier information base,is proposed.It emphasizes the importance of the evaluation throughout the whole process of supplier management,and points out that supplier management should be carried out scientifically through multi-channel and multi-direction.Research on Quality Management System Based on Standardized Quality Management Theory.Quality management system is a systematic quality management measure established within an enterprise and the only way to achieve its quality objectives.Management system belongs to the strategic management category of enterprises.This paper points out that there are some problems in the quality management of garden enterprises,such as the absence of the necessary process system for establishing the quality management system,the absence of establishing the quality responsibility system according to the mode of enterprise operation management and control,and the absence of an effective improvement mechanism and atmosphere within the enterprise.It is proposed that the enterprise should first define the quality management objectives,and secondly optimize the quality management organization structure.Finally,the process of quality control must be dynamic.The idea of this paper is theory before practice.The basic theories include Taylor’s scientific management theory,total quality management theory and standardized quality management theory.Based on the basic theory of quality management of landscape engineering project,the case of quality management of landscape engineering project of Wanda cultural tourism city project in Guangzhou was studied.Firstly,starting from the current frontier of domestic and foreign research,this paper defines the relevant concepts and discusses the related theories.Then,using the above theory,this paper analyzes the current quality management status,the problems,the reasons and the countermeasures of the project.According to the existing problems,it is necessary to improve the quality of garden project and improve the quality management level of enterprise.The results show that strict quality management and control can effectively improve the quality of landscape engineering projects and landscape effect from three perspectives of model first system,supplier management and quality management system.
