Under the new situation of the electricity system reform and the implementation of energy-saving technological transformation and peak-shaving operation of thermal power units.On the one hand,the operation deviates from the design condition,on the other hand the performance of the units could be affected by supply-demand relationship,electrical price and coal prices which make the analysis of unit more complex.The effective mining and utilization of massive data which stored in DCS and SIS during the operation of power plant units are of great significance for unit operation optimization,energy saving and profit maximization of enterprises..According to the characteristics of production and electricity market,this paper puts proposed the production heat consumption index based on the study on 300MW unit of Yunnan Huadian Group Kunming No.2 Power Plant which can provide a basis for evaluating the economy of heating unit in electricity market.Collecting the operation data of the unit with the real-time on-line monitoring system in Yunnan Province,this paper carried out the pretreatment of the historical data such as clearing,effective condition extraction and data standardization,selected the important operating parameters of the unit as the boundary conditions,achieved unit operation by FCM.Combined with the characteristics of 2016 electricity market t in Yunnan Province,the division method of power market operating conditions is further proposed which can contribute to analysis of the operation characteristics and economy of heating reformer units in power market accuratelyBased on the operating conditions of the electricity market,a support vector regression machine based on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)is used to build a model of the generating unit.Besides,the best load range can be obtained by the use of genetic algorithm.Then the unit operation rules of the corresponding load conditions which can provide guidance for the operation of the units are extracted by data mining technology.Finally,from the perspective of big data analysis,this paper qualitatively evaluates the peaking performance of the units which can provide new ideas and direction for future work.
