Our country is currently performing Electricity Market Reform(EMR)actively,which aims to intensify the competition both in the generation and retail market of electricity.Clear energy such as wind power is introduced to optimize the energy structure and eliminate generator with high energy consumption.Electricity retailers are introduced to break the natural monopoly and meet users' increasing demands for using electricity more economically.Previous restrictive factors are being eliminated gradually with development of technology,one of which is active power distribution network technology.Its birth laid a foundation for the development of electricity retailers and clear energy in the electricity market.Thus,building a business model suitable for the process of EMR is necessary for an electricity retailer under the reform of power system and the circumstance of rapid development of renewable energy.As a result,mathematics methods and physical modelling are used to study this question.Firstly,this paper identifies the relationship between different market players and build a physical market model.Then,the demands and responsibilities of market players are clarified and a bi-level optimal business model of electricity retail market is proposed.The up-level model takes into account interests of both retailers and users,while the lower level consider the consumption rate of renewable energy.In order to balance the interests of both sides,this paper further studies the demand response theory and discusses the effect of two measures,including the pricing mechanism for electricity and the adjustment of flexible load.Moreover,storage is added to avoid consumption risk of clear energy and further optimize the whole model.At last,the example displayed shows that the model can effectively help retailers and users to achieve their goals.
