With the deepening of China’s electricity market-oriented reform process,the traditional mode of electric power trading will be replaced by the market-oriented multilateral trading mode by the traditional mode of power grid enterprises’ unified purchase and sale of electric power,and the government’s feed in tariff subsidy for new energy power generation enterprises such as wind power will be gradually cancelled.Compared with thermal power and hydropower wind power enterprises,the installed scale is small and the stability is poor.The deepening of power market process has the greatest impact on wind power enterprises.The most direct result is that the operating income and market competitiveness of wind power enterprises will decline under the influence of government subsidies and multilateral trading rules,which will have a great impact on the business performance of enterprises and the future of enterprises The development of the company has put forward severe challenges.First of all,this paper systematically combs the process of the three market-oriented reforms of electric power,and believes that the latest reform of electric power market is mainly carried out in the three aspects of electric power market-oriented pricing,market-oriented trading mode and market-oriented access mechanism,which is the further deepening of the first two market-oriented reforms,and is of great significance to the complete marketization of electric power market.Secondly,taking Datang Mengxi company as the analysis object,based on the analysis of the current operation situation of Datang Mengxi company,using the 2017-2019 financial statements,this paper analyzes the impact of the latest electricity market-oriented reform on the operation performance of Datang Mengxi company from the four aspects of profitability,debt paying ability,development ability and operation ability,and uses the chromatography analysis method to analyze the operation performance of Datang Mengxi company The performance of the company is evaluated.The evaluation results show that the third electricity market-oriented reform has reduced the operating performance of Datang Mengxi company in general,and the most affected are the profitability and development ability,which has no significant impact on the solvency,but has a positive role in promoting the operating capacity.Finally,in view of the impact of power market reform on the operating efficiency of Datang Mengxi company,combined with the supporting measures and relevant rules of power system reform in Mengxi region for wind power enterprises,the paper puts forward the measures to improve the operating performance of Mengxi company and increase the competition of enterprises by increasing the trading power,reducing the wind abandonment rate,expanding the installed capacity,increasing the sales revenue,reducing the cost and improving the efficiency Struggle.
