As a second line of defense,the security and stability control system plays an important role in ensuring the stable operation of China's oversize AC-DC power grid.Security and stability control strategy is the core of the security and stability control equipment and system.Calculating and checking the correctness rationality and adaptability of the control strategy have a great significance in ensuring the safe and stable operation of power system.At first,this paper puts forward the modeling method of the control strategy and system,and establishes the generalized model of control strategy.After that the paper analyzes the cooperate relationship between each composition element of the model.The model can realize the function accord with the actual security automatic devices.In order to solve the problems in the existing control strategy,such as work inefficiency,inadequate simulation capability and limited adapting scope,an automatic check method for the control strategy in power system was proposed in this paper based on Full Dynamic Simulation.Through automatically matching the operation mode,generating fault collection,the method can conduct dynamic simulation of the whole process for different fault forms,and also can check the influence on the operation stability of the grid.Based on the simulation results,it can generate an effective control strategy table.Then it could evaluate the control effect via calculating the evaluation function.Based on the above methods,a practical software platform is established with integration of modeling,simulation,checking and assessment in the control strategy.In the fourth chapter,the content and function of each module are discussed,and the detailed process of the dynamic checking of the control strategy is introduced.In the fifth chapter,it verifies the checking method combining with the actual power grid examples.The simulation results showed that,this method can reflect the complex dynamic process of the actual control device according to the strategy setting.It also can apply to formulate and check control strategy as well.The method in this paper provides power grid dispatching departments with an effective way to identify potential risks in time,be aware of the operation trend of power grid and respond to the emergency quickly.
