Urban rail transit is famous for its big capacity,convenience and comfort etc.,At the beginning of the urban rail transit operation and the middle of the rail transit operation mostly are losing money.Fares income is the main income of the rail transit,formulate reasonable fare is very important to realize the sustainable development of rail transportation.So choose what kind of fare method to develop a ticket price,have the practical significance for the sustainable development of urban rail transit.In this paper,analysis the theory of urban rail transit fare method at home and abroad and the actual pricing methods which we use in fact.Then summed up the pricing method in common use and point the deficiencies.On this basis,analysis the influence factors of urban rail transit fare mainly about transportation demand,transportation costs,residents' travel paying capacity and government regulation.Then the research of the pricing theory,summarized the pricing methods that belong to the theory.Analysis and compare the advantages and disadvantages in-depth.Which was provide the basis to the establishment of the early and middle operation combination pricing method.Most of China's urban rail transit is at the early and middle stage of operation,Both of them has the same fare but different passenger flow.so So it has practical significance to build the combination of urban rail transit at the early stage and the intermediate stage.Firstly analyzed the significance of combination pricing method that applicate in urban rail transit,and then combined the comprehensive benefits of passengers,enterprise and government.To optimal pricing method which can be combined.Combination of the.the pricing objectives and influence factors,determine suitable for urban rail transit operation in the early of pricing methods are:marginal cost pricing method,Ramsey pricing method and passengers on theprice to bear ability pricing;Suitable for urban rail transit operation in the middle of pricing method has a break-even pricing method and the upper-lower price limit on government method.Then build the urban rail transit operation in the early of operation's combined method is marginal cost pricing method-Ramsey pricing method-combination of the passengers on the price to bear ability.In the middle operation's combined method is break-even pricing-upper-lower price limit on government method.Finally using 202 extension line and rapid rail line 3 in da lian to verify the two combination pricing method.Need passenger traffic flow and cost data,Through calculating proved the combination of urban rail transit method is reasonable.At last put forward the 202 line extension and rapid rail line 3's fare and recommended strategy..
