Urban Rail Transit is the' backbone of urban public transport.It has energy-saving,provincial,all-day,large capacity,clean or less polluting and security features,etc.It belongs to green transport system,in line with the principle of sustainable development,especially adapted to the big and medium cities.It is great significance to pricing tickets meets the fare scheme of real for urban rail transit healthy and sustainable development.Therefore,from the development of reality urban public transport,explore rational urban rail transit fare program actively,give full play to the important role of urban rail transit.Firstly,from the research background and significance,this paper in-depth analysis the important role and significance of fares in urban rail transit.Pricing method relevant in urban rail transit domestic and foreign is elaborated.Research progress in recent years of experts and scholars is introduced.From development of principles for urban rail transit fares,the basic theory for fare pricing,basic model of fare pricing and standard fare are depth studied.This lay a solid theoretical foundation for the establishment of a reasonable pricing model.Secondly,according to the theory,I establish the urban rail transit pricing scheme of the system:(1)urban rail transit ticket system selection based on gray correlation,eventually after comprehensive consideration,determined the appropriate reasonable fare system;(2)based on marginal cost pricing and average ticket pricing,makes the Ramsey pricing model considering multi-period;(3)Considering the game relationship between urban rail transit and bus,I established urban rail transit pricing model based on bi-level programming model;(4)based on the above model,worked out the urban rail transit fare program in the mileage count fare system.Finally,in the case study section,select Dalian Metro Line 1 as the research object,and reduces the present situation of Dalian Metro Line 1.I have been using the model,solving the fare scheme corresponding to Dalian Metro Line 1.Provide decision-making support for the sustainable development of urban rail transit.
